Position: -Design EngineerLocation:- Keshav Nagar, PuneWork Experience: 2 4 years (experience in Electrical Panel Manufacturing industries.)Educational Qualification: - BE/Btech in Electrical.Responsibilities:
  • Understanding customer specification & verification of customer requirements before preparation of customer bound deliverables.
  • Designing the various panel i.e. (PCC, MCC, APFC, RTPFC, MLDB, VFD, PLC panels) according to customer specification and requirement.
  • Preparing of Single-line diagram (SLD), schematics & other customer bound deliverables including as-built drawings in E-plan software for low voltage switchgear.
  • Designing the interlock for breaker closing & tripping circuit to suit the desired operation of respective feeders & using selective protection relays.
  • Calculate quantity required of Busbar, Wires, Insulators & Connectors that required for particular panels.
  • Preparation of cable sizing calculation & cable schedule for Project.
  • Supporting the standardization of electrical drawings as per feeder application.
  • Optimizing, standardizing & sustaining engineering processes.
  • Supporting to sales and marketing team for finalization of technical specifications of Current Trans-formers (CTs), relays and various switchgear etc. that required.
Skills:
  • Designing and laying out PCC, MCC, PLC electrical control Panels.
  • Creating system models and simulations
  • Testing new systems and making design changes if needed
  • Producing necessary design reports and documentation
  • Assisting in the manufacture of new electrical systems
