We re here to create value for our employees, customers, clients, shareholders and the world at large.We are looking to add to this talent pool a senior manager who will be a key influencer of our digital identity and help clients maximize the results of their digital activities across their customer journey.The Ideal Experience Map:Bachelor s degree / Master s degree with minimum 4- 7 years of experience in analytics and reportingRoles and Responsibilities:Build optimization plans using A/ B testing, multivariate testing, segment- based and behavioral targetingGenerate test cases based on industry best practices that help achieve business/ customer goalsAnalyze large data sets to make follow- up test recommendationsBuild detailed wireframes and manage creatives to accomplish testing goals while adhering to the customer s brand guidelinesManage analyst and development teams to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, content rendering etc. using JavaScript, HTML and CSSTechnical and Functional Skills:Hands on experience in building hypothesis to drive business optimizationSignificant experience and expertise in handling large datasetsAbility to drive insights from quantitative and qualitative datasetsTechnical expertise in JQuery, Javascript, HTML and CSSProven experience in developing test solution that meet market needs,
