Coordinate with business partners to track activities, prepare resolutions for open issues and implement change initiativesIdentify, conceptualize and implement business process improvements across existing processesAnalyse and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to identify and measure trends across digital marketing channelsDrive marketing effectiveness strategies through A/ B testing, campaign performance and analysing cross channel behaviourManage all client communication on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basisAbility to manage attrition, formulate recruitment plans for future staffing needs as well as manage and monitor performance Liaise with internal teams (Knowledge Management, IT, Admin etc.) to manage day- to- day operationsDesign, develop and implement audit strategies to track process health on a periodic basisManage expectations across delivery and implementation effortsTechnical and Functional Skills:Strong knowledge of any one of the leading web analytics platforms: Adobe SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, WebTrendsExposure to analytics functions in the Retail / eCommerce industryAdvanced MS ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExposure to key digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM) and technology (JQuery, JavaScript and HTML)General skills that will boost your eligibility:Certification in areas of digital analytics,
