Job Description Director / Associate Director (Engineering)

  • A strong technical leader with managerial and business skills An engineering leader who can lead a team focused on telecom, IoT and related areas.
  • 15+ years of experience in software development and with atleast 5+ years of experience leading development teams.
  • Experience leading 50+ engineering team working on multiple projects.
  • Solid background in a highly technical environment.
  • Experience of working in a consulting firm or software services company preferred.
  • Experience in either Telecom or Networking domain; telecom preferred.
  • Knowledge of Cloud good to have.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to change to constantly changing priorities.
  • Experience of working with Senior management at the client organizations.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing project s budgets, informing stakeholders of key cost implications, cost structuring for high contract renewals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all projects by effective and regular client engagement.
  • Contribute to project plans and ideas responsible for the success of the projects and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science (preferred).Previous experience in high-growth business.,
