Operating within a collaborative SAFe environment, we aim to deliver effective solutions focused on business value.ResponsibilitiesHand on experience with .Net, Coordinate with internal resources and for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationTrack the progress and present it to higher managementUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededPerform risk management to minimize project risksEnsure delivery consistent with Agile processes across the teamEnsure effective internal communications both within the software development team and across the organization.Have a hand on in coding in past tenure and comes with strong technical backgroundSkills A minimum of twelve years experience in Software industry with 2+ in software management Knowledge of .Net, SQL, PL/SQL, Bash, Perl, version control software (ideally Git), SSH, Apache, Squid, Tomcat, NagiosA bold approach to problem solvingStrong understanding of the Agile software development cycleWritten and verbal communication skills to communicate issues and subsequent resolutions Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentDemonstrable and substantial experience in leading and managing teams working in Agile cultureStrong conflict management skillsAbility to articulate and gain engagement for ideas to both technical and non-technical audiencesDesirable
