Job Description

We are looking for a sharp & swift Editorial Assistant responsible for managing and deploying content across all WordPress-based websites in our portfolio.ResponsibilitiesAn ideal candidate should expect to handle the following responsibilities:

  • You will upload and publish new content with in-between images using the Snagit tool or stock photo platforms.
  • You will be responsible for making featured images on all the blog posts (using tools like Canva etc.)
  • Liaisoning with the writers for the delivery of content and for other required coordination as & when required.
  • Make custom ad banners, pop-ups, CRO related snippets as and when required.
  • Ensure everything is in place from content & graphics point of view as per the internal SOPs
Note: This is not a content writing position but it can be grueling sometimes. The role involves a lot of repetition & youll need to perform multiple tasks in order to ensure every piece of content that gets uploaded to the site is perfect.Requirements
  • MUST have beginners level knowledge of graphic designing using tools like Canva or Photoshop or something similar.
  • Know how to use Google Sheets and must be good at internet research
  • Proficient in English writing and speaking
  • Knowledge of WordPress is a plus
