1. To support transmission design activities as a team member2. To prepare drawings, tolerance stack up and basic engineering calculations3. Development of parts in protomaking methods4. Coordination of different activities of the team including build, validate and concern resolution, to name a few5. To prepare BOM, TKO and other engineering documentsNote: Gear Simulation software (Romax, Kisssoft is must) Good hands- on experience in using Romax, Kiss soft, Catia for designing components such as shafts, gears, synchronizers, cables etc. Sound understanding of Gears & mechanics, strong analtical skills Must be willing to travel to different regions of the country Fair understanding of DFMEA, DOE, APQP, interation with supplier, should able to independently solve issues related to Plant, Validation, Customer Experience (years) Minimum 2 years in relevant field Industry Preferred Industry Preferred Automobile, mechanical, mechatronics Qualifications Minimum B.E. in mechanical engineering, automobile or mechatronics General Requirements Fair understanding of automobile powertrain components such as Engine, clutch, tranmissions, axles etc. Basic understanding on different materials used in such aggregates,
