Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Playing key role in product design, development and rolling out into production
  • Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to create storyboard, complete design and give vision towards product development
  • Translate user needs into functional requirements
  • Collabora te as an integral member of the design and development teams.
  • Develop and maintain information architecture deliverables such as high-level site architectures, page schematics, navigation schemes, detailed site maps, wireframes, user scenarios, and prototypes
Skill Sets:
  • Instructional Design and Storyboarding
  • Ability to research and put strategy toward product designing from scratch
  • Ability to customize instructional materials for WBT/CBT/ILT
  • Knowledge of industry standards, such as AICC, SCORM & 503.
  • Project management tools
  • Multimedia authoring tools
  • Technical Writing
  • Understanding of game based learning, simulators etc.
  • Familiarity with SEO, Web site tracking and other analytical tools
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal Written)
