*CURRENT EMPLOYEES : Please click here to be redirected to the internal career site.Job DescriptionExecutive Program Management will be based in Pune.GBS program Management vertical support Program Manager s, by virtual Customer Focus Team member to support program Management activities e.g. Claims Management. Integrated Demand Management, Engineering Change Mgmt. & New product Introduction & Program Dashboard/ Metrics etc.We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you ll do:
  • Coordinate and follow up on several program management reports within offshore Center (GBS) & Site Customer Focus Team
  • Oversee/ Coordinates program activities with all inter-departments ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to agreed deliverable
  • Handles data of a highly confidential and critical in nature.
  • May collect and prepares information for use in discussion/meetings of management staff
  • Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results within GBS / SITE CFT team
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills & Customer Management Skill
  • Lead and drive the activities and ensure timely accurate delivery of our services.
  • May be primary contact for new or critical customer programs.
  • Perform advanced analysis on financial, material and/or resource data
  • Good with documentation skills at various stages of Program
  • Excellent understanding on Program Management concepts, New Product Introduction / New Product Development / different phases of Product life cycle
  • Basic understanding /knowhow on the Financial terms/ INCO Terms and its impact on the Profit & Loss on the business
  • Excellent understanding on customer focus team role in managing the customer
  • Hands on experience on using the ERP tool like Baan/ SAP for PM role.
  • Excellent knowledge on using tools like MS Excel, Power Point etc.
  • Knowledge of MS -Project will be added advantage
  • Basic understanding on office automation or automation through Excel will be added advantage
Here is some of what you ll need:
  • Bachelor Degree from Engineering / Management or equivalent
  • Typically requires a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience in PM Domain
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience from Manufacturing Industry in Program Management Domain
  • Excellent understanding on Program Management concepts, New Product Introduction / New Product Development / different phases of Product life cycle
  • Basic understanding /knowhow on the Financial terms/ INCO Terms and its impact on the Profit & Loss on the business
  • Excellent understanding on customer focus team role in managing the customer
  • Hands on experience on using the ERP tool like Baan / SAP for PM role
