Timely and accurately submission of various management reporting required by regional & local leadership team with detailed Deep dive analysis & finance inputs as & when required. Facilitate business teams for decision making Financial risk management | Pro - actively identify financial risks & help to mitigate them, drive actions accordingly. Proactive communication to regional global teams to ensure timely & accurate reporting & analysis Proactively identifying, communicating and managing potential cost inefficiencies and balance sheet exposure matters. SROFinancial forecast reliability and accuracy Work closely with customer support team and do various reviews to meet Yearly Pricing targets. Ensure timely & accurate reporting of revenue by Vertical Channel Segment Drive conversion cost improvement initiatives & support achieve ISC productivity Detail Labour Cost analysis Drive through robust MOS Freight Cost analysis - Drive through MOS with SCMTransportation teams Process ownership of Capital Expenditure, Depreciation, HARS end to end process Enable business decision making (MakeBuy, Capex, Insourcing, VECE etc.) in the plant Cost productivity and financial discipline through development of detailed and prudent business plans, deployment of spend analysis tools, and influence review validation of these plans. Keeping high visibility and provide financial analysis on the weekly Conversion cost.
