lead the delivery of modern enterprise-wide data management initiatives effectively conduct workshops with business and technology stakeholders to solicit future state and detailed requirements. The outcome of which will drive the detailed design and architecture patterns to use for the data platform- synthesize complex information and requirements and lead complex technical implementations able to right-size projects, identify risks through applying knowledge, experience and analytical thinking from prior implementations provide technical leadership in design and development activities on concurrent complex technology and data projects with multi-source, on and offshore teams Possess strong communication, presentation and engagement skills, be able to adapt, quick learner, and be able to provide technical expertise across a wide range of technology. Partner with vendor and UBS team to define statement of work activities aligning with scope and delivery dates keep track of program backlogs and roadmaps, ensuring these stay in line with data management strategy and vision, with a mindset on innovation for next generation capabilities. evaluate and innovate new best-in-class data management approaches and technology-develop data strategy and establish integration patterns for data platforms drive adoption of data architecture best practices; while adhering to financial services policies and standards skilled in designing high performance and high available applications, providing guidance/mentorship to technology teams. Delivers solutions for the enterprise collaborate and work with data analysts in various departments to ensure that data meets their reporting and analysis needsYour teamYou ll be working in the GCRG and GIA IT team based in Pune. Our team is building microservice based components to enhance the cloud based data platform. Primarily you will build React based UI Application with UBS standard websdk components (as part of NEO framework). You should be able to come up with UX design and build custom react components. Should follow high quality coding standards and adhere to UBS stylesheet for look and feel of application. Our applications are integrated with other systems in UBS so its important that in this role, you will be able to collaborate with other IT teams located across the globe., ideally 3+ years of solid experience in web development in a large enterprise environment proficient knowledge of JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as Web Components, ReactJS, Redux, Node.js, D3.js as well as HTML5, CSS3 excellent understanding of JavaScript ES6 good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors (Less, Sass) understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application and familiarity with RESTful Services broad knowledge about web world, trends, emerging technologies and architectures knowledge of dev tools like npm, WebPack ability to implement unit tests understanding of Git, experience with JIRA, GitHub and CI tools like GitLab expert in technology who can inspire others to follow his ideas passionate about what you do and motivated to become better every day team player focused to deliver world-class software solutions proactive and detail-oriented, yet comfortable working in a environment with fast paced deliveries and changing requirements in-depth front-end engineering skills; able to develop rich web-based UI/UX as well as having technical and architectural understanding of the entire application and infrastructure stack knowledgeable of best-practices for modern web-based UI/UX including design, development, testing, dependency management and packaging, etc Able to integrate front end and back end application. Help in building microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Postgres database.Your Skills Experience in building UI components based of react (3+ years) Experience with continuous integration environments, DevOps principles, automated unit testing and the tools used to support CI and release management required (5 years). experience in Application Architecture and delivery (using HTML, javascript, Node.js / react js/angular.js, Java/Python, Spring etc), Integration Architecture(using JSON, REST, SOAP, XML, Spring ,JPA, Hibernate, MQ,Kafka etc), Data Architecture (operating in Oracle DBMS, SQL Server or NoSQL Databases, Big Data platforms), Infrastructure Architecture (with knowledge in storage & SAN/NAS concepts, Load-balancing concepts and firewall concepts), Security and Operational Architecture within a large-scale enterprise solution required professional experience in executing and monitoring various key procedural IT risk controls in key procedural areas such as authentication, authorization, access management, software development life cycle, change & release management, platform security, network security, security monitoring, capacity management, process monitoring & incident management, IT asset management, IT disaster recovery management, record management, data security & governance, physical security and backup. (5 Years) experience in integration tools (such as Informatica PowerCenter or DataStage) and exposure to working with workflow engines and Rule Engines. experience executing data warehousing, intelligent data store, data quality, and data lake projects experience with Database Design Tools, Enterprise Architect (UML) and Data Modeler like TOAD/Power Designer. professional experience in managed services (such as SaaS, DBaaS and PaaS) environments. (Preferred)
