Objective: To boost performance of Finance, accounts & commercial department through efficient employee performance analysis & insightful findings. Responsible for performance data accuracy & continuity on daily basis. Resolve gaps through client visit or on call or email depending upon severity of gap. Responsible for analysing Finance, accounts & commercial Performance indicators to identify variation from target - positive & negative both, also identify patterns & anomalies in Finance, accounts & commercial KPI (Key Performance Indicators) Conduct Root Cause Analysis & prepare report by writing causes and probable solutions with supporting information. Conduct market & employee surveys Tools: Advance Excel Tally ERP Tableau (Preferred) Knowledge: Thorough Knowledge of Finance, accounts & commercial Understanding of accounting terms & practices Well versed with taxation Strong understanding of the principles of corporate finance, valuation techniques and financial statement analysis Understanding costing MBA Finance, B.Com. 2 years - 5 years Preferred, experience in making Profit & loss statement. Competencies: Good analytical and quantitative skills. Strong reasoning and interpretation skills. Ability to research and interpret data well Ability to identify and resolve errors promptly.Strong finance skills; the ability to own and execute finance related activities with speed, accuracy, and efficiency; and an uncompromising commitment to quality Presentation skills Problem Solving Detail orientation skills Team Work Excellent English & Hindi Communication Ability to work under pressure & strict deadlines,
