Job Description

  • Replace electrical fuses, Install new electric outlet and Repair electric appliances.
  • Maintain all audio visual equipment in working conditions
  • Attend to electrical troubleshooting, anywhere in the hotel
  • Complete maintenance requests , Keep records of supplies, tools and repair parts used in operating and maintaining equipment.
  • Handle various complaints related to electrical work
  • Ensure that all the safety procedures are followed at work.
  • Perform preventive maintenance of various electrical equipment/fixtures as per the schedule
  • Ensure the optimal distribution of power in various areas of the hotel
  • Maintain the various control circuits and wiring layout of the hotel.
Assist in repair, lubrication and adjustment of pumps, generators, motors, boilers and other equipment.Observe steam, vacuum and other indicating meters and gauges to determine the operating conditions of the equipment.Regulate throttles, adjustments and starting devices to start, stop, reverse or control the operation of steam engines, motors, generators etc. & Control heating plant.Inspect all equipments at regular intervals, record readings and prepare reports.Perform tasks such as replacing burned out fuses, cleaning boilers, testing fire pumps, adjusting oil burning equipment etc.Perform machine work on equipment or worn out parts, using a lathe, milling machine or drill press.Perform preventive maintenance as per the schedule.Ensure water treatment & temperature control as per the standards.Ensure that all the safety norms related to boiler operation and boiler condition is followed.Keep all air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment in good state of maintenance and repair.Check all major air-handling units for correct function and performance, cleanliness of filters, drive belt tension and lubrication of bearings in accordance with manufacturers recommendations.Perform regular preventive maintenance of air-handling units and refrigeration equipment Operate the centralized air conditioning plantMaintenance of fan coil units and Ventilation of exhaust fanEnsure the temperature standards for various equipment.
  • Repair various pipelines, faulty flushmasters & tap washers
  • Maintain all plumbing and Hot/Cold water systems in working condition.
  • Attend to any plumbing emergencies
  • Perform the regular preventive maintenance of valves, pipelines and pumps.
  • Repair various bathroom/plumbing fixtures
  • Monitor source and end temperature and pressure of water.
  • Ensure efficient distribution and minimum wastage of water.
