Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Create and monitor segments and micro-segments of data for effective campaigning Monitor campaign performance and business impact of campaigns executed Drive data backed decisioning for customer with respect to products processes offer strategies channel selection timing etc. Deploy ML / Deep learning methodologies for feature engineering Create and fill existing variables through model variable inference methodologies Create methodologies to utilize sparse data to predict known use cases for marketing and risk Establish relationships between customer data events etc. to trigger marketing risk use cases Create and manage complex inferred variables - like share of wallet size of wallet propensity to buy (when where how) propensity to repay etc. Create solutions based on Geo data - negative area marking household score Create solutions for managing marketing properties on wallet creating solutions to match marketing content to customers through various data tags Create metrics to evaluate performance of the solutions created processes optimized Own execution and availability of solutions to teams for retrospective analysis transaction recommendation / approval management etc Analyze data extensively and communicate findings to senior management , * Required Qualifications and Experience Graduate / Post-graduate with 3-5 years of experience in Data science and analytics. Experience in handling large volume of data and generating meaningful insights and actionable Experience in analytics projects in portfolio/risk management domain would be preferred Hands-on expertise in SQL/Python is must Experience in AI/ML projects is must Exposure of developing analytical reports on Tableau/Power BI is preferred Total Years of Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience
