Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - GROUP BRAND MANAGEMENT Group Brand Strategy o Analyze branding activities of past year and prepare draft brand vision and roadmap for coming 12- 18 months o Identify capabilities to be built new channels to be developed and key group metrics present to Marketing Head and drive their implementation ensuring appropriate deployment of budgets o Provide inputs in defining group brand identify proposition architecture nomenclature design systems etc. for emerging new businesses within the group (for e.g. BFDL) o Generate ideas for creation & deployment of sonic identity/ memory structure for the group to contribute to ongoing management of principal brand Bajaj Finserv (such as use of sonic to drive resonation with brand values etc.) o Communicate group brand guidelines positioning documents etc. and monitor adherence on regular basis in day to day operations o Drive consistent delivery of the brand for all group companies o Be a vocal component of the brand in the Group Brand Council and ensure continuous strengthening of the brand Research o Guide team in analysis of business developments/ context/ requirements to enable pursuits of more focused research projects and output o Influence businesses on their research needs and identify use cases to drive adoption of research output for enhancing business efficiency o Represent the research function and provide research related support at both business level and group level o Find new research techniques to create time and cost efficiencies on all projects Partner Management o Identify agencies evaluate their capabilities in alignment with requirements and conduct negotiations for partnership o Review agencies performance on periodic basis conduct performance evaluation for the purpose of variable payout and provide feedback about same to agencies o Manage and maintain relationship with agencies and design appropriate rewards and recognition mechanisms to drive their motivation 1. COMMUNICATIONS 2. Communications Strategy Build and implement the content & communications strategy to meet business objectives like increase in traffic leads product awareness Create a content framework that talks to a varied TG (mass-affluent 25-45 years tier 1-4 cities/towns) mixes formats and languages (English & vernacular) Manage the content channel & lever matrix to drive business outcomes with the lowest cost of acquisition Create a framework to actively leverage new engagement media channels of communication 3. Communications production Complete responsibility for all on and off-us digital communications to drive traffic and impact business Devise create communication calendar and production line and ensure adherence to the brand guidelines Increase CTR OR and other critical metrics for all communications production Conitnuously refresh company-wide communications library covering all aspe * Duties and Responsibilities - 4. Customer obsession and governance Relentless focus on making customer interactions non-intrusive; using communication to create a frictionless experience Develop a comprehensive communication guidelines framework that is easy to use by businesses yet creates a distinct identity for the brand Have a strong eye for grammar and ensure that every content unit adheres to the brand tone of voice. Create checks and balances in the system so that all customer-facing content is first time right every time 5. Performance tracking Tracking and analyzing production traffic and engagement metrics Gauge efficacy of content produced and drive changes wherever needed 6. People management and coaching Inspire and influence others to think differently solve problems and seize opportunities Work with cross-functional teams to set and achieve targets Determine individual training needs & development plans to build expertise and enhance skills Set objectives conduct reviews and close appraisal processes for the team as per timelines Develop the next line of leadership by driving various training and development initiatives GOVERNANCE Set up and amange a central governance function covering allparameteres of brand communications and content across all digital assets and offline media Create a framework of KPIs and dashboards to minitor performance on an ongoing basis Set-up agency framework for twice a year comprehensive brand audit for all group companies Work with Digital Consumer Experience to set up practice of real time feedback through our digital web assets Create a mechanism of continuous improvement feedback from the above sources , * PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION 9-12 years of relevant experience in content marketing, experience in Digital Marketing in E-Commerce will be a huge advantage Masters in Mass Communication, certification in digital marketing/content marketing will be a bonus Excellent command over the English language Hands-on experience of writing, editing and Content Governance tools Sound understanding of SEO (including technical SEO) and Google Analytics Ability to handle complex briefs and ideate out of the box Deep customer focus by understanding customer behavior and analyzing data & real-world experiences Detailed orientation & very structured thinking think of customers entire journey and experience. A strong leader having managed high-performance teams and collaborated with cross-functional teams
