Job Description

    HASHWAT is looking for an experienced Architect/ Engineer with Min. of 3 years of experience in GreenBuilding Certification Facilitationwork on different green building projects for rating systems such as LEED, IGBC, and GRIHA. The positions are for our office in Pune. Green Building Consultant(5 Positions)Key Responsibilities
    • Understand the project scope and client expectations
    • Attending regular project meetings, and coordinating with architect and consultant teams to incorporate various green measures identified into the designs.
    • LEED/ IGBC / GRIHA and other green building certification Facilitation
    • Conducting LEED / WELL feasibility study and GAP Assessment and providing design advice
    • Providing inputs for BOQ and tender documents
    • Perform required calculations for LEED / GRIHA / IGBC documentation
    • Documentation for Green Building Certification (LEED/ GRIHA / IGBC) projects.
    • Regular follow-ups with client and certification bodies.
    • Identify feasible sustainable design concepts for clients
    • Understanding of building commissioning and energy modeling processes
    • Keep up to date with the latest green building assessments
    Required Skills & Experience:
    • Comprehensive knowledge of various green building rating systems such as LEED, WELL, IGBC
    • Excellent communication skills & client interfacing along with green building accreditations like LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, etc. preferable.
    • Knowledge of building codes, standards, and protocols referred to in LEED / IGBC /WELL such as ASHRAE
    • Ability to perform the documentation for LEED / WELL / IGBC ratings.
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interface seamlessly with all levels of management. Comfortable working in virtual environments with remote teams.
    • Self-starter, and team player, with the ability to bring alternate points of view to the discussion and analysis.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities. Strong project management and leadership skills.
    • Ensure quality, timely, and profitable consulting deliverables
