Group Manager, Administration->> Manages a medium to large-sized or multiple small teams responsible for various administrative, operational, and/or financial initiatives in support of the CIO. Manages staff planning, and has input into recruiting, retention, salary administration, and termination. Manages the administrative, operational and/or financial affairs of a department within IT. Manages human resources activities in IT including staff planning, recruiting, retention, salary administration and terminations. Directs the review of IT compliance. Reports any potential issues to senior management and may work with IT to resolve problems. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Manages one or more administration teams. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives. Bachelors degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required. 10+ years of experience in broad-based information technology with related supervisory, management and administration experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
