We are actively looking for a talented Oracle HCM Technical Lead to join our growing ERP practice. This is a full- time salaried position.The ideal candidate has experience in Oracle HCM Technical before and can anticipate what needs to be done rather than be instructed. These positions need leaders who can adapt, work in a very fast- pace, enriching environment and is looking for a career rather than just a job.What You ll Do:HCM technical resource with 8- 12 years of experience with Cloud or EBS HCM. Modules Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence and OTL modulesHe must have experience with Reports - BI/ OTBI/ Infolets/ Dashboards, Fast Formulas, Integrations and Data Migration/ HDL/ PBL.Hand- on knowledge of Security roles in Fusion, page personalizations, HCM Web Services is a definite plus.Java experience is an advantage for the candidate.Should be able to handle client discussions independently and should have excellent communication skills.Onsite exposure is a definite plus What Youll Bring:HCM Technical resource with 8- 12 years of experience with Cloud or EBS HCM.
