Job Description

  • The Project Management Office (PMO) is a centralized management structure for a group of projects in Amicus, aimed at ensuring standardization, reducing duplication and leveraging resources such as people, technology, and communication. This position would build and lead a team of analysts and coordinators to support all the functions of PMO.
  • PMO should focus on establishing project methodologies, compliance and resource management
  • Lead employee training programs based on project pipeline and company strategy
  • Come up with detailed development plan for each resource through mentoring
  • Establish and communicate roles and responsibilities of each employee
  • Working closely with hiring Managers, interview team third party vendors to ensure requirements are clearly understood and candidates are assessed appropriately. Tracking and reporting key metrics to measure and predict staffing activity.
  • The PMO develops a team of competent project managers through training and mentoring. Such project managers ensure implementation and maintenance of the project methodology and retain the team members focus on the tasks in hand.
  • Overall responsibility to maintain ISMS certification
  • Develop and maintain CMM level
  • Provide guidance and leadership to build strategic partnerships with Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS and others
  • PMO should provide a program baseline or the road mapfor implementation of a project.
  • PMO is expected to lay down detailed schedules and documentation of activities, milestones, and deliverables of the project team, and identifies the resources available.
  • Reviewing project quotes and validating resource billings.
  • Prepared master data repository of completed projects, do analysis of lesson learnt of completed projects and prepare reports
  • Collaborating with Team Leads of projects regarding day to day project status, resource utilization
  • During project tracking, PMO has the responsibility to gather and archive project experience and reusable data to improve project management methods in the future.
  • The PMO provides in-house consultancy services to the project team on project related issues.
  • Degree in Project Management-related major (added advantage)
  • Raipur (Chhattisgarh) / Pune (Maharashtra) India

  • Ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience as PMO.
  • Well Spoken, Organized, Resourceful Self-starter.
