Job Description

This exciting role offers opportunity to:
    • Facilitate the modernization and standardization of the design process within Golf Pride for product design
    • Works with global cross functional teams to develop analytical tools, standard calculators, to drive continuous improvement for Golf Pride projects.
    • Deploys Dfx tools - PDS, DFMEA, Engineering/ design guides to improve engineering decision making for Industrial Golf Pride projects.
    • Develops analytical calculators, technical guides for training the team.Build and enhance prediction models to improve the quality of deliverables,
    • Work with business stakeholders for capturing requirements, post processing of data by utilizing digital tools to develop comprehensive proposals.
    • Participates in the review, manages the triple constraints of the project. Responsible for implementing the project management tools, EPIC for Golf Pride projects.
    • Ensure design standards are compatible with tooling suppliers.
    • Champion Global Change Management including ensuring all design documentation is managed and controlled in a central database (ENOVIA) in accordance with Change Management Policies.
    • Ensure IP security is top of mind by establishing best practices for confidentiality.
    • Leverage expertise from other Eaton divisions, external agencies and consultants to continuously improve design standards.Manage effective stakeholder communications. Improve organization responsiveness to stakeholder requirements. Communication and manage customer expectations and commitments internal to the business.
    • Drive automation projects using appropriate tools such as Excel Macros and VBA. Continuously builds digital skills to simplify proceses.
    • Drive continues improvement initiatives. Develop and execute the required end-to-end product/process continues improvement capabilities together with business teams, in alignment with cost, customer quality/reliability and other key company deliverables.
    • Create and build 3D model and 2D darwings and Rendering the product graphis through various tools. (Solid Works, ProE, AutoCAD, adobe illustrator, Rhino)
    QualificationsRequirement -
    • Graduate bachelor s in engineering
    • Overall 3+ years of relevant experience
    • Knowledge in mechanical design, materials knows, Dfx tools, DFMEA, DFM, DFMA, DVP. Knowledge of manufacturing processes like casting, forging, machining.Knowledge of PLM & ERP systems, sound knowledge/expertise on 3D modelling & 2D Drawings using Solid Works, ProE, AutoCAD and adobe illustrator, Rhino.
    • Learning Agility: Learns different Golf Pride products & applications and builds capabilities to independently deliver complex tooling and fixtures.Drives Results: Drives results in challenging circumstances.Process Management: Drive continuous improvements through process optimization / standardization, deploying EPIC, CR/CO for engineering deliverables.Interpersonal Savvy: Connects with cross functional teams and gain confidence of people for delivering superior performances.
