Hiring Intune SCCM + SOEDesired Skills / Competencies / 1. Primary skills: SCCM, Intune, SOE2. Secondary skill: Azure AD3. MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) 2012/20134. Desktop/Server Deployment Experience and/or SCCM experience5. Imaging tools like SYSPREP6. Experience on unattended installations - Zero touch or Lite touch images7. Experience of the development of standard O/S builds for Desktop or Server8. Troubleshooting Knowledge of Desktop OSs - Windows 7/8/109. Hardware Familiarity (Desktop, Server)10. Scripting (VB, WMI, Command Line)11. Should have the ability to use own initiative and tenacity to achieve deadlines and resolve issues as per agreed SLAs12. Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving13. MCSE/MCP Certification in Windows14. Require broad and deep experience in InTune15. Must have heavy exposure to Azure and InTune16. Deployment and administration of Microsoft Endpoint Management SCCM Intune Intel EMA and Analytics17. Desktop Analytics App Health PC based deployment solutions such as Autopilot In Place18. Upgrades Microsoft Deployment Toolkit Upgrades and Servicing Mobile Device Management using Microsoft Intune Endpoint Security including Conditional Access Windows Defender ATP Microsoft BitLocker19. Work with other consultants to design and execute the technical implementation of SCCM and Intune solutions based on client requirements and design specifications20. Experience in Active Directory, Group Policy21. An understanding of Remedy / EARS / ServiceNOW or any such tool22.
