Job Description

Job Designation: Relationship Officer Student FinanceIndustry: Banking and Financial Services (BFSI); Social EnterpriseLocation: Bangalore, Coimbatore, PuneJob Description You will prepare call plans prior to client visits to establish objectives and explore customer needs with the aim of matching products with the Client Value Proposition.

  • Making avenues for new & Existing School & colleges for tie ups
  • Managing and facilitating the existing channel for new and better output of Business
  • Training the counsellors or the staff of the channels regarding product development
  • Making presentations and organizing events in educational institutes
  • Regular visits to the channel to ensuring sufficient leads generation
  • Timely resolving queries or escalations pertaining to channels
Specifically, the job description is as under:Sales Management- Visit schools and other education to generate leads for the student loans and achieve disbursement targets in numbers, volumes & productivity.Marketing Management:- Plan and execute marketing campaigns. Also work on activities to build a brand image of the company. Relationship Management:- Build strong relationships with customers with the help of loan products and beyond loans initiatives Delinquency Management:- ensure zero delinquencies for the portfolio by timely and effective collections.The job would require visiting specified locations for business development; so, regular road travel will be very much a part of the routine.Skill sets required:Proven ability to plan & executeSelf-motivated; having the ability to work without full time supervisionStrong inter-personal and leadership skillsAbility to create a professional, yet lively and fun work cultureUnderstanding of credit & operational riskPreferred ProfileAt least 3 years experience in Retail/SME SalesGraduate/ Post Graduate from a reputed institutionBeing a team player and the ability to appreciate other peoples perspectives is absolutely essentialWillingness and ability to travel within the cityGood communication skills
