Job Description

    HR Administrator, UK Location: Pune, India Position Summary: Are you ready to start a new journey with a great team of colleagues, supporting Bentley s outstanding UK colleagues and managers We are looking for an HR Administrator to provide an effective and friendly HR administration service to more than 400 UK colleagues. This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week, from 12pm to 8pm. As part of the UK HR team, you will report directly to the UK HR Manager and work alongside the UK HR Generalist. Responsibilities:
    • Initiate and proactively manage the change process for employment details
    • Provide accurate and timely information to Payroll for employee changes
    • Communicate by phone, video and email with colleagues to resolve queries
    • Manage inputs and reporting requirements for employee benefits (e.g. cycle scheme, pension, healthcare, childcare vouchers, fuel cards, insurances)
    • Communicate by phone, video and email with benefit providers to investigate and resolve queries
    • Create purchase orders for employee benefits and liaise with internal Finance teams
    • Liaise with security checking and background screening services
    • Provide reference and employment verification responses
    • As your experience grows, hold exit interviews for departing colleagues
    • As your experience grows, welcome new colleagues to Bentley in personal onboarding meetings
    Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
    • Education level Bachelors or Masters Degree or relevant training and/or experience.
    • Skills
      • Accuracy of system input and data use
      • Clear written communication, to explain and ask for information
      • Confident verbal communication on video and phone
      • Excel skills to manipulate financial and employee data
      • Organisation skills to prioritise and deliver reliably on responsibilities
