Job Description

  • Develop collaborative relationships with Leaders, Managers and Employees in the BSG team
  • Collaborate and coordinate with HRBPs of multiple Divisions and geographies
  • Consult with Leadership and provide HR support as required
  • Implement HR strategy and programs in the Business Services Group
  • Guide, coach and support managers for performance assessments and talent management
  • Identify trainings needs, ensure relevant trainings are arranged, training participation and effectiveness analysis
  • Assist Leadership for salary increment and quarterly bonus payout process
  • Be the HR point of contact for employees in BSG, address employee queries and grievances
  • From time to time drive employee pulse survey and plan actions based on survey outcome
  • Drive and support employee engagement activities
  • Department level induction and on boarding for new comers
  • Analytics - Analyze attrition, exit feedback, compensation and training related trends & metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and implement HR interventions for a positive work culture
  • Handle performance / behavioural issues tactfully
  • Interact positively and productively with all levels of Medline employees
  • Must maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times
  • Follow Medline s Code of Ethics and other corporate policies

Qualifications:

  • MBA HR / Master s Degree with specialization in HR

Required Skills & Experience:

Must have:

  • Minimum 8 years experience in HRBP role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Abreast with latest HR practices
  • Ability to be a consultant for the BSG Leadership
  • Ability to connect and build professional relationships across levels
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, ability to analyze data and present it in graphical format
  • Highly organized and process oriented
  • Ability to work independently and multitask effectively

  • Candidates who have handled HRBP responsibility for captive Business Unit are preferred, though others may also apply
