Job Description

Short DescriptionQualificationsJob ResponsibilitiesFS Global HR Operations 6yrs to 9yrsPune

  • 6 8 years of proven experience in HR Operations/HR Shared Services with strong understanding of Global HR policies and procedures. Such as Emp. ID Creation, Data Maintenance, Mobility, Leaves Management, Exits, HR Payroll Input, etc.
  • Outstanding knowledge HRIS systems (SAP HR) is must. Hands on various SAP Utilities .
  • Exposure to HR Transformation Projects.
  • Experience of working with Global HR Teams (such as North America, Europe) & Stakeholder Management.
  • Provide support to overseas employees in various HRrelated topics such as Travel Policies, Payroll, leaves and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics/SLA.
  • Administer Employee Data Management for a Global volume in SAP HR.
  • Understanding of downstream application workflows (Change requests/ Enhancements/ etc.).
  • Understanding of downstream application workflows.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
