Job Description
  • Assist on full spectrum of HR.
  • Hiring and Recruitment: Posting of jobs for various sites in the respected country, arrange interview, liase with candidates
  • Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.
  • Communicating and explaining the organizations HR policies to the employees.
  • Prepare employment contract, employment confirmation, termination clearance, tax clearance.
  • Maintain employee data in BHR, as well as prepare each single staffs profile.
  • Manage holiday calendars and leave balance.
  • Review and improve HR processes. Coordinate and Organise company events.
  • Apply or renew of passes for the foreign worker (if applicable)
  • Proceed monthly payroll and liaise with payroll vendors.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties including filing documents, mailing out documents, etc.
, Requirements
  • Diploma and at least 1 years of HR experience with a passion to be an HR Generalist.
  • Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred
  • Have experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Tech industry
  • Have experience in admin works
  • Strong communicator that can work well with stakeholders.
  • Team player with positive mindset
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Strong planning and organization skills, detailed oriented
  • Integrity and strong ethics
