Job Description


  • Statutory Compliance, Policy, Payroll, Recruitment, Administrator
  • Making Salary (Salary Sheet & Slips), deductions of the employees
  • Labor welfare fund contribution deposition to Welfare commissioner.
  • Vendor management & Bills checking approving, regular following up with vendors.
  • Maintain Statutory Compliance as PF, ESIC, LWF, PT etc.
  • Preparation of ESI & E.P.F online Challans, UAN Generation of new employees as well as mapping with the current establishment,
  • KYC Seeding, declaration for previous employment, Online transfer of claim, withdrawal etc.
  • Prepare MIS joining new employees and left in excel sheet.
  • Prepare MIS Employee (Attendance, Leave Records) in excel sheet/software.
  • Preparing and Maintaining MIS Reports
  • Performance of employees to motivate them for better productivity.
