Job Description

About the Role:

For our location based in Pune, we are looking for an experienced HR Information System Manager, who will report both to the Indian Regional HRBP and to the Group HR Information System Manager. The candidate will be in charge of streamlining the Local HR processes with the primary purpose to improve the efficiency and effectiveness through IT tools. The candidate, in coordination with the Group HRis function, will support the roll- outs of the HR processes through Successfactors platform. The processes to be implemented are related to the full suite concerning Talent and CompBen functions.

The candidate will have to ensure the full adoption of this platform being the change agent who will explain the benefits of this adoption to the HR colleagues. This change management role will be crucial to ensure the full exploitation of this new platform.

Linked to the successful adoption of the platform, another key responsibility will be ensuring the high level of data quality of HR information stored in Successfactors, to enable effective reporting capabilities proving to the HRBP useful insights on the main HR KPIs.

Main Responsibilities:

Enable local implementation of Successfactors modules getting local requirements and collaborating with the Central team for the local roll- outs

Ensure the usage of the released Successfactors modules: Onboarding, Recruiting (ATS)

Change management activities before, during and after the Successfactors roll- outs;

Continuous data quality improvement;

Analytical capabilities to correlate HR data and finding the key insights to share with HR colleagues

Knowledge of SAP HR specifically PA and OM modules;

Work closely with the HR function in supporting users in the day by day activities;

Who we are looking for:

Master degree or Bachelor degree: Business Administration, Management, Economics (Business/Human Resources is a plus), Information Technology;

Previous experiences in the Human Resources arena, either in Global Consultant firms or by other Global clients in a multi- national environment

Analytic Data insights skills are required;

Communicative, adaptable and proactive attitude;

Team player and hands- on approach is required;

Proficiency in English

Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc);
