Looking for the candidate having strong knowledge of Recruitment and Selection process should be expert in general HR & Admin activities. Should implement and Monitor Employee Relations processes.Should have strong experience in designing, planning and execution of all aspects of training program, delivery and evaluation of feedback and effectiveness of training.Manage end to end (induction to exit) HR responsibilities for the respective business units and promote a healthy relationship between HR and the business.Interact with Business heads and senior PMs to periodically capture People Function requirements for the business.,
