Job Description

    Colleague Success Systems Administrator Location: V-Connected India / Pune Position Summary: The Colleague Success Systems Administrator is responsible for global HR data administrative tasks. This encompasses processing global personnel transactions, ensuring the integrity of all HR systems dataand day to day HR process support. Responsibilities:
    • Provides top level of service through processing personnel transactions, issue resolution, and communication
    • Performs routine administrative tasks in support of the organizations HR systems
    • Maintains quality and consistency of HR data, reviews data accuracy, and keeps track of data updates
    • Performs data governance and quality assurance checks and routine audits to ensure system accuracy and functionality; identifies and addresses discrepancies
    • Create and maintain HR system notifications and notification group assignment
    • Supports routine reporting requirements
    • Assists in documenting HR procedures
    • Other duties as assigned
    Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
    • 1 2 years of experience in an HR function
    • Fluency in English is a must
    • Fluency in other European languages (French, German, and/or Dutch) will be an advantage
    • Excellent communication, engagement, and diplomacy skills in dealing with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
    • Detail-oriented and process-driven
    • Critical thinker who can think strategically and apply to the topic at hand to solve problems
    • Solid organizational skills, including the ability to accomplish demanding timeline objectives, multi-task on assignments and be comfortable with change and continuous improvement
    • Passion and sense of urgency for execution
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools and Talent Management systems
