If you have a need for flexibility, then please discuss this with the Hiring Manager.As a member of Privilege Access Management Team provide 24/7 support on Bank s Strategic Information Security Tool and work towards uplifting the capability and extend coverage of Cyber Ark Privilege Access solution to all technology teams at Bank.What will you be doing

• The identified candidate will be part of L3 Support Team providing end to end technical support on Cyber Ark ensuring seamless delivery of Cyber Ark services.
• Working with Application Support Teams, RTB Managers, Account Owners and Business Unit Risk & Control Leads for On board/off board/Password management of Non Personal Privilege Accounts using PACLI / API methods.
• Responsible for Complex Changes and handling demand related to Cyber Ark such as managing Installation, Administration, Maintenance and upgrade of Cyber Ark PAS solution components including Vault, CPM, PSM, CCP, PVWA on Cyber Ark 10.X or 11.X.
• Responsible for testing and implementation of new security patches related to Cyber Ark Vault including custom development /re-development of plug-ins related to Secured Shell, Telnet, API and Network based technologies.
• Troubleshooting integration issues with platforms like Windows, UNIX, Databases, Middleware, Networking Devices and Custom Applications.
• Experience in resolution of issues related to Cyber Ark Licenses/Certificate Management, Vault Corruption.
• Support Cyber Ark disaster recovery in HA Vault Cluster environment during PATS or Resiliency testing.
• Daily clearance of Request Portal and Service First workflow queues on Cyber Ark related tasks such as Safe Creation, On-boarding and Password Rotation along with JIRA s and Problem Tickets.
• Ability to independently Perform failover and fail back during resiliency drill activities.
• Assist in the design, implementation and operation of Bank s Security Architecture and subsequent security protection projects.
• Identify and analyse operational risks, gather security expectations and find optimal solution.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and ensure data accuracy of Non Personal Privileged accounts engaging stakeholders across teams and globally.
• Prepare and consolidate data for Cyber Ark User Access Recertification programs.
• Manage and Support Internal, External Audits and Regulatory inspections.
• Experience in Enterprise Change Management and Incident Management processes.
• should possess good knowledge of Access and Identity Management concepts, toolsets and processes.
• Identify and drive Process Improvements, Automation, execute enhancements or remediation for Cyber Ark associated projects or processes.

What we re looking for:

• 6+ Years of working experience in Information Security industry especially with Cyber Ark Tool.
• Good Knowledge of Windows scripting e.g., PowerShell and Cyber Ark PACLI / API
• Working experience using LDAP, Active Directory Services.
• Good Grasp of Network design, application/infrastructure security concepts, techniques, technologies and tools.
• Sound knowledge on UNIX, LINUX and Windows Platforms, Oracle, MS-SQL & Sybase databases.
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as Splunk and ability to build CPM and PSM connectors for Cyber Ark.
• Good understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure (platform, middleware, network and applications).
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework, vocabulary and best practices.
• Good Understanding of IT Security framework.
• Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Cyber Ark Defender and higher level Certification will be added advantage.
