- Purpose of the job (reason for the existence of this position) : Jr assistant for Quality lab Quality assurance supporting activities. - Strategic focus (focus of the position over the next 1- 3 years) : This position will be responsible for all testing related to 100% inspection of FC, incoming RM supporting for XRF, ICP, , TGA, Surface area analyser, Chloride analyser Samples, Calibration of equipment s, QMS documentation, Work in a different shift as per company requirement. To involve in different audit, Maintain the good lab environment for smooth running of lab. - Main responsibilities Authorities : Experienced in handling Particle Size analyser, TGA, Surface area analyser, Chloride analyser etc. Supporting Testing activities Crushing , Milling , Sample preparation, Tablet making , XRF routine samples testing. Control of product documentation and production floor paperwork. 100% inspection of Final product , Incoming Raw material verification, Release of final products etc Standard solution preparation its Standardization. authorized to stop the production in case there is deviation in process products also he is authorized to stop the despatches if defective parts are found consulting the senior Quality person. Co- operation with plant people in terms of all quality related issues like audits, complaints, etc., Management of interdisciplinary quality improvement team. Monitoring of Product Quality performance. Supporting in internal audits of ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, IATF 16949 for documents arranging proper filing as per the requirements Actively support of quality improvements. Root cause analysis of problems with cross functional team. Implementation and monitoring of Quality Management System according ISOIATF16949 Management of an analytical laboratory (Quality Management: Chemical Analysis, Production Controlling) Well versed with laboratory safety, 5S etc. Online verification of product. Reject material control Supporting in Verification RCA, CAPA , 8D for the quality incident. Nn conforming product management Maintain result in PRS software. - Key parameters (Indicate the scope of the position in terms of measurable areas) (E.g. annual revenue, geographical scope, number of reports, operational budget, etc ) 1)% Ontime reporting of sample received 2) Accuracy of test results 3)100% inspection of FC .PPAP products with respective critical customer to ensure zero complaint. 4)For more details refer IPS KPI ,
