Job Description

Job Summary:

Position Summary:

You will be a contributing member of the Infrastructure Engineering team within the Global Technology Solutions group. The team is responsible for the design, build and continuous improvement of the public core services, virtualization and storage platforms as well as foundational services such as AD and DNS. We are looking for eager, energetic individuals that are capable of supporting virtualization, storage and identity & access management platforms in a hybrid cloud environment. In this role the Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst will revolve around identity and access management for the business which includes, but is not limited to, user account management, responding to and closing requests for service, verifying user access requests, and managing high priority incident response scenarios.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for IAM Service request resolution and SLA management
  • Monitors and maintains an effective internal control environment across the compliance impacted business processes (such as provisioning, de - provisioning, transfers, etc.) in accordance with established company policies and procedures
  • Supports and coordinates audit - related tasks to ensure the readiness of the IAM team for audit testing and facilitating the timely resolution of any audit findings
  • Prepares or obtains user and system access reports and retains evidence of the data source
  • Conducts user access re - certifications, as defined by company policies
  • Reviews and maintains department documentation to ensure it reflects current processes and procedures
  • Resolves escalation issues to provide excellent customer service
  • Identify security concerns and raise to senior staff for moderation
  • Improves and/or automates existing processes

Education:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology

5+ Years of Related Work Experience

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Windows systems and/or software engineering
  • Experience with one or more Public Cloud solutions (AWS, GCP, AZURE)
  • Active Directory / LDAP authentication and Single Sign - On experience BeyondTrust PAM, or other Privileged/Identity Access Management solutions

Preferred Skills:

  • Direct experience with security compliance methodologies (HIPAA, HITRUST, PHI, PCI)
  • Intermediate skill level with creating, modifying, and executing system scripts
  • Knowledge of SCRUM / Agile Values & Principles
