Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Responsibilities App and Web Partner Project Management (Support functions): 1. Project manager for building and supporting the Partner App & Web development 2. Understanding of business domains and their partners journeys 3. Mapping the entire functional process which stitches the front end with back end of processes in Operations Service Compliance Legal and Audit 4. Enlisting modules for reimagining partners journeys for end to end digital fulfillment 5. Deciding on features wireframes visual design and prototype for different modules 6. Write BRDs and User stories along with logic document and requisite KPIs for the platforms 7. Lead end to end testing and ensure bug free implementation within agreed timeline 8. Handle the production issues and resolution on priority 9. Enable the business with latest product enhancements for smooth user journeys Stakeholder Management: Liaise with Product Operations Service Compliance Legal and Audit teams to ensure quality project delivery within timelines , * Required Qualifications and Experience 1. Engineering Graduate / Post-graduate with 4-6 years of experience in Project Management 2. Experience in Bank/ NBFC project management required 3. Experience in designing process flow architecture which includes back end process and data integration 4. Technical knowledge of using scrum tools in an agile project management 5. Good knowledge of SQL/Oracle 6. Experience in Advanced MS Excel & MS Powerpoint
