    Job DescriptionJob Description
    • 8-12+ years of IT experience with 3-4 years of Project Management
    • Knowledge and lead team in Java Application development (e.g. Spring, Hibernate, Microservices, NodeJS, Angular/ReactJS etc.)
    • Experience in ODC management
    • Timesheet Management, Billing and invoicing, Resource recruitment
    • Good in customer engagement and communication skills
    • Good understanding in SW project lifecycle Management tools
    • Ability to handle SW planning and SW delivery activities.
    • Experience in Agile Project Management practices
    • Good understanding of various project effort/cost estimation techniques.
    • Good risk management & Stakeholder management skills
    • Work for multiple initiatives including Project deliveries as well as strategic department initiatives.
    • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders like management, per technical team, developers and testers to proactively arrive at an optimum solution to the problem on hand.
    • Good knowledge of Testing methodologies
    • Excellent communication skills and great team player capable of understanding organizational priorities
    • Hands on experience in development and Support projects
    • Qualification
