innovation lead in puneRole: Innovation Lead (Level or title may vary)Purpose of the role:Company is setting up a Innovation center and lookingfor a person who is passionate about emerging Technologies, Science and Mathsand apply this knowledge to solve business problems through continuousinnovation.Reporting to: MDs office and has high visibility across the organization andthe client worldJob Responsibilities* Conducting Design Thinking led innovation workshops* Guiding clients to continually maintain a healthy pipeline of innovative ideas* Delivering working prototypes for selected ideas* Maintaining optimum user experience in the solutions* Recruitment and Career Management of a highly capable team* Building Campus connects with top universities and bringing in the top talent*Train, mentor, coach campus recruits to deliver on emerging technologies - Ai,ML, Blockchain, A/R, V/R, Robotics,Computer Vision, Neural Networks, IoT, EdgeComputing, NLP* Meeting the Financial Targets set for the Center* Formulates effective new ideas and innovative strategies for productdevelopment, Solutions for Clients business problems,marketing, branding, orbusiness opportunities.* Recognizes promising ideas and finds ways to introduce them into the companysfuture plans and discards ideas that are ineffective,White papers, InnovationArticles to be submitted for publications* Conducting meetups and participating in Technical Events to demonstrateemerging technology trends and showcasing the work done under Center ofInnovation* Develop innovation culture across project teams, using the team andevangelizing the emerging tech and its application to real world futuristictechnology solutions, productionalizing the PoCs to reality.Requirements* The ideal candidate would have experience/exposure withAi, ML, Data Engineering, Cloud technologies,Block chain, A/R, V/R, NLP,Neural Networks Computer Vision, Robotics and UX. * The person would be mentoring and coaching Campus recruits to: build nextgeneration engineers, who would be delivering* Experience and understanding of a service environment with an ability toforesee futuristic technology implications to a business* Proactive and able to work according to strategic direction.* Significant experience in management,prioritization, balancing competingdemands and delivering in line with objectives and quality * Technicalacumen, solid communication skills and the ability to analyse and relay trendsin the market to teams across their organization.* Creative andvisionary, with the ability to see opportunities and the business acumen toshepherd ideas from the visionary stage through to production* Hands on programming experience with Python,Java, C++, IoT, AWS, React.js,Node.js, (Not necessarily a deep expertise, buta solid foundation)* 6+ years of experience with Architecture andDesign* 6+ years of experience writing high performance and scalable code* 6+ years of experience doing presentation of the ideas and communicating thethought leadership* International exposure, specifically USA, is a must* Knowledge of Block chain and practical applicability of the technology* 5+ years of experience with Data Engineering and how data can be used for business decisions and predictive solutions* 2+ years experience with Deep Learning* 3+ Years of experience with AWS or Azure or Google Cloud.* 5+ Years of experience with UX, to understand and deliver simple userexperiences for complex tasks* 2+ years of experience with NLP, Neural Networks* 1+ years of exposure and experience with Computer Vision* 2+ years of exposure to A/R and V/R technologies and how they can be appliedto real world problems* Knowledge of Robotics and how Ai-ML can be integrated with Robotics* Understanding of Edge computing, Edge Devices, IoTs will be an addedadvantage.* Exposure to Drone Tech will be nice to have Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCAJob Location: PuneSkillset: Patience, Research Mindset, Proactive,Assertive skillsJava, Python, C++, AWS, React.js, Node.js, IOT qualificationM.E/M.Tech, B.E/B.Tech, MCA,
