Let s open new horizons together with the power of 3DEXPERIENCE virtual universes!The challenges ahead.As a member of the Customer Role Experience (CRE) at Dassault Systemes India, the Territory Technical Manager (Industry Consultant) would have to articulate, demonstrate and prove the value of the 3DEXPERIENCE Works & SOLIDWORKS Desktop Solutions to our partners/customers to support the revenue plan. He/she would be responsible for engaging and developing the CRE Channel Technical teams to sell the entire Product Line. Territory Technical Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive pre-sales technical support, guidance for post-sale support and implementation to Value Added Resellers to achieve the customer satisfaction, in line with business goals, and also responsible for providing support for marketing activities to generate leads. Additionally he/she has to maintain major account relationships with strategic customers & prospects of 3DEXPERIENCE Works & SOLIDWORKS in his/her territory.Job Location : Pune What will your role be

  • Provide comprehensive technical pre-sales support to SOLIDWORKS resellers and employees including developing and training personnel on product demonstrations, product positioning, and competitive overviews.
  • Coaching and Mentoring VAR technical employees on 3DEXPERIENCE Works (Cloud Solutions), SOLIDWORKS desktop products (CAD, PDM, Simulation, SOLIDWORKS Composer etc.)
  • Deliver solution presentations to prospects, at both the end user and senior management level.
    • Work on benchmarks for technology days based on industry and customer products
  • Present 3DEXPERIENCE Works & SOLIDWORKS desktop solutions in live-demos during tradeshows and seminars
  • Manage and review all technical activities of strategic account projects
  • Organize and manage technical sales seminars/webinar in his/her territory
  • Organize workshops, boot camps, trainings for VAR Technical Engineers
  • Coordinate Technical Support activities with VAR and SOLIDWORKS Tech Support group to increase technical services quality and improve customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with Marketing and VARs to engage in sales lead generation activities.
  • Analyze and track VAR Technical Engineers competencies and technical delivery
Your Key Success factors / Skills Required MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 10 to 12 years of technical experience or relatedEDUCATION: Hold Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Branch - Mechanical)REQUIREMENTS:
  • B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
  • Should have worked in Industry minimum 3 years (Design or Manufacturing)
  • Strong knowledge of the MCAD/FEA/PDM/PLM/CAM industry
  • Must be knowledgeable in SOLIDWORKS 3D modeling and have a strong understanding of the complete SOLIDWORKS Solutions. Preferably a Certified SOLIDWORKS Expert
  • Experience in providing technical sales support for software products similar to SolidWorks product offering.
  • Experience of working with a CAD Reseller or Vendor
  • Knowledge of products that are competitive to SolidWorks solutions
  • Proven strong verbal & written communication skills as well as excellent customer relations skills
  • Must have strong technical and business vision with excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Must be fluent in reading and writing in English. Regional language knowledge is a plus
  • In addition, the candidate will also possess the ability to function in a team atmosphere, appreciate aggressive goals, and have superior organizational/time management skills and a make-it-happen attitude
  • This position requires 25%-30% combined overnight and local travel.
