Job Description

  1. Telephonically reach out to customers on a daily basis to generate leads.
  2. Meet customers occasionally, as and when required.
  3. Selling of CRM Software.
  4. Prospect, develop, up- sell, cross- sell and generate new business opportunities with the target customers.
  5. Manage the overall sales process, from qualification through closing.
  6. Maintain a consistent and accurate account and sales lead pipeline.
  7. Understand and articulate the companys value proposition to your customers.
  8. Network with the sales and marketing team of the principal companies.
  9. Lead generation through cold calling.
  10. Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales.
  11. Grow a network with prospects on social channels.
  12. Achieving Monthly and Annually Targets.
  13. Excellent communication is written, verbal, email, telephone and pitching skills.
  14. Should be well versed with online B2B sales Platforms
Key Skills:
  • Sales experience of minimum 1 year
  • Excellent written communication
  • Fluency in English with very good convincing skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Inside Sales or Support experience will be added advantage
  • Must have strong interest in learning new things
  • Must be a soft- spoken and good team player
  • Should be confident, target- oriented, self- motivated and interested to take up additional responsibilities.
