Job Description

If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Inside Sales Rep (German)Our inside sales representative will support the India based global sales operations team as a key resource for processing renewals. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills. We are looking for someone who is as passionate about supporting their team as they are about providing an exceptional experience for our partners and customers.Key Responsibilities

  • Own and coordinate all aspects of the sales cycle in assigned renewal transactions. There may be defined accounts in your territory in which Account Directors manage and co-ordinate all activity. In these cases, the Inside Sales Rep owns and co-ordinates sales cycles under the guidance of the AD.
  • Communicate with customers in German speaking countries in their local language. Manage account renewals and close opportunity as per Broadcom renewal strategy.
  • Work with account teams as needed to provide renewal quotes to the distributors
  • Execute all phases of the retention/renewal lifecycle including communication primarily with partners and customers remotely either through email or phone calls.
  • Maintain accurate data hygiene of the assigned opportunities in OEC tool.
  • Win-Back program: For slipped renewals, undertake systematic approach to run win back programs to better conversion rates.
  • Provide regular pipeline forecasts and business health checks to local operations management and sales leadership as required.
  • Attain quota and meet Broadcoms stated financial objectives for your assigned accounts.
  • Obtain necessary approvals for co-terming before providing quotes and act in the best interests of both Broadcom and the customer at all times.
  • Analyze key trends of the assigned sales region/territory and provide cognitive feedback to the leadership.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in a professional environment of which at least 3 years of experience working in inside sales function.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in German language , certifications preferred.
  • Experience in OEC ( Oracle Engagement Cloud) desirable but not mandatory
  • Experience in Oracle CPQ desirable but not mandatory.
  • Advanced understanding of Excel, Reporting Tools (eg Incorta, Tableau), Google Suite, Oracle, CRM/CPQ (eg Oracle, Salesforce.com), and MS Office
