Job Description

    Hands on experience in:
    • Previous working experience in Back office Sales Support in the CNC Machine sales or production company
    • Proficient in handling inquiries, making quotations, order booking and contract/order review
    • Experience of handling customer queries
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
    • Hands-on experience with Sales ERP.
    • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create reports
    • Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Formatting a workbook/document, alignment, page setup, Excel formulas etc.
    • Solution oriented mind-set and ensure seamless interaction between sales, marketing, application, finance teams
    Responsibilities
    • Build and sent to client the commercial offer to all clients requests that have been assigned to him/her.
    • Assures the communication with the client with the aim of the correct understanding of the specifications.
    • Build the right price in line with the company pricing policy from the moment the request is received and assigned to him/her, up to the end of negotiations.
    • Reads and make sure of the right understanding and utilization of all the correct specifications and documentation used in his / her activities.
    • Understands the request of the client and alert the direct manager if any custom request different vs. the standard products or solutions offered by the company.
    • Gather, centralizes and compares prices provided by competition or suppliers for similar products or projects
    • Uses the company tools and system for pricing
    • Makes improvement suggestions to systems and processes
    • Is responsible of meeting the objectives assigned
    • Has fellow role for new colleagues
    • Fulfills other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the direct manager
