Skills Required : Bachelors degree with major course work in interior design and 2 years of related experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience; registration or application for registration with the American Society of Interior Designers is desired. - Knowledge of the practices and principals of interior design. - Knowledge of the preparation of proposals and specifications for interior design work. - Knowledge of drafting procedures. - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with university personnel. - Skill in designing interior alterations, renovations, and new layouts. - Knowledge of CAD programs.
