Job Description and Qualifications

JOB TITLE: IT Analyst Primavera The IT Analyst is responsible for requirements definition, functional design, custom development and technical support within the Primavera application. Included responsibility of this position is product and lifecycle management for the suite of Air Products Engineering Applications. The individual will be responsible to drive sustainable, operational excellence in the delivery of new application enhancements and existing services. Applications in this area include Primavera EPPM. Principal Accountabilities: This position is accountable for the following: Gather and document business requirements which ensure value - add and meet the client objectives

  • Develop new functionality, create bug fixes and implement changes to Primavera application and interfaces
  • Hands on experience in integration with external applications using Primavera Gateway, Web services
  • Experience in upgrades, support and working with Oracle customer portal.
  • Actively participate in Project Planning design discussions.
  • Understands both Agile Methodology, project execution approaches and provides functional and technical guidance to planning teams.
  • Responsible to deliver and maintain existing services, resolve incidents and problem management and meet SLAs as well as provide rotational on call coverage.
  • Must be able to resolve and query data with Database skills.
  • Oracle Risk, Team Member, Unifier, ERP are added advantage.
  • Integrate into an EPC team and provide support for interfaces and tools such as Ecosys, Smart Plant Materials and CAD system tools
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications: This position requires strong knowledge and skills in the following areas:
  • Experience in all modules of Primavera with exposure to other tools of Oracle.
  • Relevant certifications from Oracle
  • 3+ years of Administrator role in Primavera for an Enterprise.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Planner on EPC Projects.
  • Able to showcase Implementation and integration with external applications such as ERP, Unifier, EcoSys, etc.
  • Bachelor s degree in technical discipline such as computer science or engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong problem solving and teamwork skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
