We provide support to wider TOC E&P team to help develop monitoring and automation solutions., Unix / Linux knowledge Bash/Shell Scripting knowledge good understanding of DevOps principles (CI/CD ,release automation) basic understanding of Gitlab, Github, Jenkins or Teamcity, Kubernetes good understanding of Puppet , Nexus, Docker good understanding of monitoring /reporting tools (e.g. Netcool, App Dynamics, Splunk) good understanding of Configuration Management (preferably Puppet or any relevant configuration management tool) ability to solve complex issues, good at problem statement analysis and solution design thinking good understanding of cloud computing (e.g. Technologies, Deployment, costing, HA/DR, etc.) would be a plus good knowledge of application servers and containers knowledge of DevOps and Agile principles and best practices job requires to be on on-call Rota keen interest in self learning of new tools/products good knowledge of investment banking, ideally within the Equities space would be preferred, but not essential capable of understanding client needs and translating this into products and services
