Job Description

Extensive experience on J2EE based web applications using Spring, Hibernate, JSF (PrimeFaces good to have)
Ajax(Asynchronous JavaSript and XML)
Experience on WildFly/Tomcat server
JPA (Java Persistence API), Hibernate, Oracle
Excellent communication skills.

Maven/Git
EJB
Web Services
AWS developer certification (Required for the upcoming AWS migration)

Lead/Manage a team of 8 ppl with technical handholding and active participation in Coding and implementation. Perform code reviews for the peers.
Possess excellent communication skills in order to present the work effectively in weekly meetings with the customer.
Understand and analyze the requirements by liaising with the project team as well as the end users and prepare the Impact Analysis
Estimate the efforts required for implementation.
Write code as per the project coding practices based on company standards
Perform unit testing as per unit test plans.
Fix the problems noticed in testing.
Comply with the Quality processes applicable.
