Description and RequirementsFrom core to cloud to edge, BMC delivers the software and services that enable over 10,000 global customers, including 84% of the Forbes Global 100, to thrive in their ongoing evolution to an Autonomous Digital Enterprise.BU/Product Description & Job Overview/Role of the candidate:As a Lead Product Developer, you will be working BMC software s product R&D team which delivers world leading Digital Service and Operations Management software products.We are looking for strong Technical, Hands-on, Quality-focused Lead developer with proven track record of working on Enterprise class solutions.Primary Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for architecting, designing & developing roadmap features of Dashboard & Reporting product.
  • You will be working with R&D leaders & Product management on product roadmap & working out PoCs.
  • You will be a lead for scrum team to deliver prioritized features.
  • Review design/code and ensure that features get delivered with high quality.
  • Design & deliver visually intuitive reports & dashboards meeting product requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on customer issues escalated to R&D.
  • Mentor team members in skill development, thus helping to build high performing teams.
Qualification:Required Skills:
  • Bachelor or Master s degree in computer engineering.
  • 10+ years of Enterprise product/solution development experience.
  • Strong full stack development skills: Java for server-side development & Angular/React with JavaScript/CSS/HTML for UI.
  • Development & usage of RESTful APIs/web services.
  • Experience with Docker Containers & Cloud, with CI-CD scripting skills.
  • Ability to work with customers on feature discussion & resolving escalated issues.
  • Team player with good communication skills to be able to work with global teams.
  • Good decision-making skills and take-charge personality to drive plan to completion.
Desired (Good to have skills):
  • Go programming
  • Dashboards/BI skills in Grafana/Yellowfin BI
  • Knowledge of programming for SQL, Elastic, Metric databases
