Job Description

Description and RequirementsFrom core to cloud to edge, BMC delivers the software and services that enable over 10,000 global customers, including 84% of the Forbes Global 100, to thrive in their ongoing evolution to an Autonomous Digital Enterprise.Title Lead Product DeveloperLocation: PuneBU/PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: As a Lead Product Developer at BMC, you will be a part of the Log Analytics product team hosting on ADE Platform for leveraging advanced use cases of ITOps A SaaS-based solution.PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

  • You will be involved in working on the architecture of enterprise software & envisioning new products on the market demands.
  • You will be working on object-oriented development and writing commercial-grade software applications.
  • You will be involved in recommending architecture solution for business problem
  • You will be involved in development of many products and integrations.
  • Experience in executing and managing the scrum team technically.
  • Coordinate effective problem isolation across multiple product teams
  • Experienced in bug fixing and testing the fixes in various environments and for various releases
  • Experience working in an agile development environment and tools is required
  • Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction with the ability to provide problem resolution in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATION:REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • 10+ years of experience in Core & Advanced Java (Threading, Design Patterns, Data Structures) J2EE, REST web services
  • Good DB concept with experience in MS-SQL 2005, MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, MongoDB.
  • Exp in Microservice development and architecture
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science or related disciplines preferred
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English.
DESIRED (NICE-TO-HAVE) SKILLS:
  • Exposure SaaS application and Data science.
  • Experience in UI based technologies i.e. HTML, Angular JS framework or any open source user interface technologies would be favorable
  • Good knowledge or familiarity with will be added benefit:
  • Sprint boot framework
  • Kubernetes and Rancher based deployment. Casandra, Kafka , elastic search , Victoria Metrics
