Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and quality of the services delivered. Participate in projects as Integration Principal and support the day to day activities including planning, delivery management ,Incident and service requests- using case tool system (such as ServiceNow).Show More Key responsibilities- Ability to manage & drive the delivery of any release on time with quality. - Accelerate the process by getting timely decisions on key issues and providing true accountability for action items and deadlines. - Day-to-day point of contact for all things related to integration and establishing the overall integration design in alignment with strategic direction of the organization. - Provide focus and direction on what matters most and searching for and highlighting potential disconnects that could create risk. - Workday and Studio Integration configuration - Deliver excellent support with customer in focus - Primary Contact for any complex issues that cannot be resolved by the integrations team - Resolve Incident/Service request according to Service catalogue - Proactively monitoring case management tool - Categorize and assign the tickets in appropriate category group - Perform unit and release test - Performing other tasks defined by manager Show More We are looking for- Minimum 3 years of documented Workday integration experience - Proven experience in HCM systems with a demonstrated understanding of key HR processes. - Experience building Core Connectors, Web Services, BIRT and Workday Studio. - Minimum 3 years of documented Workday experience - Previous experience working in HR or an HRIS Service Centre or another customer-oriented environment - Team leading experience is desirable - Case management tool experienceTechnical Skills :- - Strong experience in Workday Integration and WD Studio - Knowledge in Workday HCM - Knowledge in Web services & API - Experience in developing training materials and guides - Workflow system experience - Case management tool - Strong computer skills and programming skills. - Resolve technical support requestsBusiness Skills :- - Excellent communications skills - Collaboration skills - Proven ability to provide excellent customer service, and work with multiple levels of the organization from senior management to external contractors - Ability to multi-task at a high level - Demonstrated ability to thrive within a multi-national organization, a multi-cultural environment and with remote teams. - Ability to coordinate with stakeholders with focus on outcome.Show More,
