Job Description

  • Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible to play an end-to-end role for Amicus s path-breaking Learning and Development journeys.
  • Collaborate with management to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
  • Must have strong familiarity with technology landscape (Angular, Salasforce, Node, Azure / AWS Cloud)
  • High degree of familiarity of technology and use technology platforms in learning and communication.
  • Design, Plan Deliver trainings to address skill-gaps.
  • Plan curriculum, identify trainers and manage overall execution of trainings (schedule, delivery and evaluation).
  • Execute trainings as per the plan, Implement training programs as per monthly calendar/ Ad hoc requests.
  • Develop both web-based and classroom (virtual and in-person) training as well as job aids, reference guides, and other performance improvement tools.
  • Monitor employee and manager feedback results and build or continuously update training material to support our business goals.
  • Experience with design and delivery of journey based Leadership programmes.
  • Conduct training likes Train-the-Trainer Teach back sessions.
  • Work towards succession planning to ensure seamless growth in team.
  • Logistics management/ implementing standard set up for training room. Coordinate with IT and support teams for the upkeep and maintenance of learning equipment.
  • Keep self and the team updated on some of the latest learning trends.
  • Responsible for all resource fulfillment through Bench employees or Internal project employees.
  • Work with Hiring team to fill the requirement if no internal resource is available.
  • Maintain the bench employee s tracker and their resumes.
  • Ensure Bench resources are tracked regularly and making sure they are engaged.
  • Must be a college graduate (any Learning and development related course or certification will be a plus)
  • Raipur (Chhattisgarh) / Pune (Maharashtra) India
  • DESIRED CANDIDATE
  • Candidate should have 4+ years of experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of effective training methodologies and tools
  • Well Spoken, Organized Self-starter.
  • Best in Industry is not a constraint for a right candidate
