Job Description

  • Provides production management and support services to assigned department(s) or functions within a production
  • Coordinates and manages business and logistical activities for assigned department(s). Coordinates the timely availability of resources
  • Assigns manpower, workspace and schedules
  • Creates and updates production management tools such as planning, material requirements and work- in- progress tracking systems and technical specifications manuals
  • Liaises with production, financial and legal departments and third party production houses
  • Accountable for enabling assigned aspects of the production to be completed within established schedules, budgets and technical specifications
  • Accountable for supplying the right skills at the right time to each production and for maximizing and elevating the professional skills, abilities and output of assigned category of employees
  • Client communication at all stages i.e starting from understanding client requirements to final submission of shots to collecting client feedback
  • Co- facilitating the technical/creative staff appraisals/feedback with the HR relevant TL
  • Report Artists issues if any to the Producer or HR Department
  • Create weekly and monthly schedules for project deadlines and VFX staff distribution and indicate the status of each to Producer and Sr. Production Manager on a regular basis
  • Overseeing the coordination of dailies and reviews, ensuring accurate notes are taken and all action points are distributed, understood, acted upon and followed through
