  • Analysis of Breakdown & take corrective & preventive action to reduce breakdown.
  • . Implementing predictive & preventive maintenance schedule for various machine to improve machine uptime
  • . Machine spare part planning & cost estimation.
  • . New M/C installation & commissioning.
  • . Implementation of Energy conservation activity.
  • . Implementation of Kai zen to reduce MT TR improve MT BF & reduce Breakdown.
  • . Documentation of TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001:2004, & OHS AS 18001:2007.
  • .Handling responsibility of maintenance purchase & Inventory Management.
  • Establishing Schedule Of Routine Maintenance
  • Plane Of Maintenance Of Spare Part
  • Shift Manpower Arrangement
  • Schedule Of Preventive Maintenance And Improvement
  • Documentation Work on computer.
